Cooked fruit with gelato
The cold has arrived and, with it, the desire for new desserts.
INGREDIENTS
An easy, healthy and super tasty idea is gelato - any cream will do - to be served on cooked fruit, cut into slices, still warm.
Some examples?
- Baked apples and Cinnamon gelato: perfect harmony.
- Baked apples and plums (the plums will add a touch of sweetness and extra color) and Vanilla gelato: impeccable harmony.
- Baked pears and Chocolate gelato: a delicious combination.
PREPARATION
- Peel and cut some apples/apples and plums/pears
- Add a pinch of water and cook them in the microwave for about 5 minutes or on the stove
- Place them still warm in a cup
- Take the chosen flavor of our Gelato and place it on the bed of cooked fruit
And voilà, a dessert capable of combining the genuineness of fruit and the goodness of gelato.
