Contact forms and newsletters are managed through ActiveCampaign LLC (USA), acting as Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfers outside the EU are safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Google Tag Manager
Used to centrally manage tracking scripts. It does not independently profile users.
Meta Pixel
Used for conversion tracking and remarketing purposes. Activated only after consent.
