Raw or cooked pears with parmesan

From peasant traditions revisited: a sweet revisitation of opposites attracting

INGREDIENTS

  • Parmigiano Gelato
  • Pears


PREPARATION

  • Peel and cut the pears
  • Add a pinch of water and cook them in the microwave for about 5 minutes or on the stove
  • Place the pears still warm in a bowl
  • Take our Parmigiano Gelato and place it on the bed of cooked pears

And voilà, a warm dessert with autumnal scents. If the autumn is still mild you can simply peel the pears and serve them in a bowl together with our Parmigiano Gelato....the result is guaranteed!
