Raw or cooked pears with parmesan

PREPARATION
- Peel and cut the pears
- Add a pinch of water and cook them in the microwave for about 5 minutes or on the stove
- Place the pears still warm in a bowl
- Take our Parmigiano Gelato and place it on the bed of cooked pears
And voilà, a warm dessert with autumnal scents. If the autumn is still mild you can simply peel the pears and serve them in a bowl together with our Parmigiano Gelato....the result is guaranteed!
