Spicy Melon with Raw Ham

INGREDIENTS
- Spicy Melon Gelato
- Raw ham or speck
PREPARATION
- Slice some good raw ham or speck
- Brown the speck to make it crispy
- Serve some Spicy Melon Gelato in a cup or glass (if you want to make it creamier you can blend it or beat it by hand with a whisk)
- Take the browned speck or raw ham and place it on top of the Spicy Melon Gelato
You will have a fresh and surprising appetizer, suitable for the hot summer or even for a truly unique "Trick or Treat" ... the wonder is always guaranteed!!
