No-bake chocolate and pear tart

A quick and easy recipe

INGREDIENTS

For the base:

  • 200 gr of digestive biscuits
  • 100 gr of butter

For the filling:

  • Menodiciotto Ricotta Gelato 
  • Delicious drops of fine dark chocolate
  • 2 pears 

 


PREPARATION

For the base:

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, meanwhile chop the biscuits in the mixer.
  • Pour the butter into the crumbled biscuits and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Pour everything into a mould and compact the base and edges well, leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

For the filling:

  • Combine the dark chocolate drops with the Menodiciotto Ricotta Gelato and mix until smooth.
  • Wash and cut the pears into thin wedges.
  • Pour the mixture into the biscuit base and garnish with the pear wedges.

Leave to rest in the freezer for 15/20 minutes
