Sicilian Pistachio & Pumpkin Seed Oil Ice Cream (widely used in Austria)

INGREDIENTS

Our gelati are among the most malleable and transformable desserts, allowing you to customize them according to your imagination and tastes!!!

OTHER PAIRINGS:

  • Egg Cream Gelato & Grand Marnier or Kahlua (Mexican coffee liqueur) or TiaMaria (Jamaican Coffee Rum) or Bitters such as San Marzano, Lucano or Averna
  • Madagascar Vanilla Gelato & Bepi Yellow Grappa
  • Piedmont Hazelnut PGI Gelato & Taliskey


PREPARATION

There is no limit to taste and imagination to create wonderful combinations!

  1. Portion 2 scoops of Pistachio gelato into an ice cream bowl
  2. Add a few drops of pumpkin seed oil
  3. Serve
