Gelato drowned in hot chocolate

A super mouth-watering hot-cold mix!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops of Gelato, flavor of your choice: Custard, Madagascar Vanilla, Fior di Latte, Hazelnut 
  • 125ml Hot Chocolate


PREPARATION

The chocolate affogato is the perfect combination for those who love the intense flavour of chocolate that melts with the sweetness of gelato, creating a velvety and creamy sundae.

  1. Portion 2 scoops of gelato of the flavour of your choice into a glass 
  2. Add the hot chocolate on top
  3. Serve with a long spoon

Once ready, it can be decorated with whipped cream covered with a dusting of cocoa and with milk, dark or white chocolate chips.
