Panettone with gelato
An alternative way to enjoy panettone, combined with the sweetness of gelato and the enveloping taste of hot chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- Panettone
- Custard or Vanilla gelato
- Hot chocolate
PREPARATION
To propose to your friends and relatives an alternative way of eating panettone ...maybe eat a little less of it but with the sweetness and creaminess of gelato, capable of refreshing the most tried palates.
- Cut two slices of panettone fairly thinly and heat them for 20 seconds in the microwave or for one minute on the hotplate
- Place one slice on a small plate
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out some gelato and spread it on the slice of panettone.
- Cover with the other slice
For those with a sweet tooth or to make it even more delicious, you can pour hot chocolate over it!
