Strawberry Sorbet & Port Wine

INGREDIENTS

Our sorbets are among the most flexible and transformable desserts, allowing you to customize them according to your imagination and tastes!!

OTHER COMBINATIONS:

  • Mandarin late ripening of Ciaculli & Mandarinetto liqueur
  • Granny Smith Green Apple Sorbet & Calvados or vodka (better if hot)
  • Pink Grapefruit Sorbet & Moscato
  • Strawberry Grape Sorbet & grappa (better if soft - Moscato type) 

 


PREPARATION

Our sorbetti can also be offered poached or shaken with a good alcoholic drink and can thus be served smoother and softer, ESPECIALLY during the colder season, to surprise at the end of a meal!
