- Granny Smith Green Apple Sorbet & Calvados or vodka (better if hot)
- Pink Grapefruit Sorbet & Moscato
- Strawberry Grape Sorbet & grappa (better if soft - Moscato type)
PREPARATION
Our sorbetti can also be offered poached or shaken with a good alcoholic drink and can thus be served smoother and softer, ESPECIALLY during the colder season, to surprise at the end of a meal!
