- 1/2 glass of prosecco or champagne
PREPARATION
For special occasions or simply for a digestive and super elegant end to a meal, you can serve:
- To drink: in a champagne glass, serve the Lemon sorbet shaken with prosecco or champagne!
- By the spoon: instead, you can simply drown a scoop of sorbet with prosecco or champagne, to give it a lively touch!
All our sorbets can be served drowned or shaken with a good alcoholic drink and can thus be served more diluted and soft!
