Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola

MEAL REPLACEMENT FOR LUNCH OR DINNER

INGREDIENTS

  • Menodiciotto Yogurt Gelato
  • Fresh fruits: strawberries, berries, pineapple, apple, pear, melon
  • Dried fruit granola


PREPARATION

Yoghurt with fresh fruit is the ideal combination when you are in the mood for a light meal and don't feel bloated.

Our high quality yoghurt is rich in live milk enzymes which, as they pass through the intestine, promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. If you have a sweet tooth, you can also combine a handful of dried fruit granola to make the meal more complete.

  1. Wash and dice the fresh fruit
  2. Portion two scoops of Yogurth gelato - you can shepherd or whip to taste to make it softer, warmer and more liquid
  3. Add the fresh fruit and dried fruit to taste
