Cocktail with Gelato

Moijto classic

INGREDIENTS

  • Lime
  • White rum
  • Mint
  • Soda

PAIRING WITH BLACK MULBERRY SORBET

Equipment:

  • dryer
  • pestle
  • ice crusher (also manual) 


PREPARATION

From the union of our thirty-year experience and the most original mixology, our COCKTAILS with GELATO were born, excellent for aperitifs and after dinner!

Preparation:

  • Cut half a lime into 4 parts add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • Crush everything until the sugar dissolves
  • Add a handful of mint leaves crush everything for 3 seconds and fill the glass with crushed ice
  • Add 4cl of white rum and fill the glass with soda/sparkling water/tonic 
  • Mix everything 
  • With two straws pierce a slice of grapefruit/orange (previously dried), insert it into the glass and place a scoop of Black Mulberry sorbet on top.
