Cocktail with Gelato

INGREDIENTS
PAIRING WITH BLACK MULBERRY SORBET
Equipment:
- dryer
- pestle
- ice crusher (also manual)
PREPARATION
From the union of our thirty-year experience and the most original mixology, our COCKTAILS with GELATO were born, excellent for aperitifs and after dinner!
Preparation:
- Cut half a lime into 4 parts add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Crush everything until the sugar dissolves
- Add a handful of mint leaves crush everything for 3 seconds and fill the glass with crushed ice
- Add 4cl of white rum and fill the glass with soda/sparkling water/tonic
- Mix everything
- With two straws pierce a slice of grapefruit/orange (previously dried), insert it into the glass and place a scoop of Black Mulberry sorbet on top.
