Cocktail with Gelato
Aperol Spritz with Ciaculli late-ripening Mandarin sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- Aperol
- Sparkling white wine
- Orange
- Seltz
Pairing with CIACULLI LATE-RIPENING MANDARIN sorbet or BLOOD ORANGE sorbet

PREPARATION
From the union of our thirty-year experience and the most original mixology, our COCKTAILS with GELATO were born, excellent for aperitifs and after dinner!
- Cut the orange into slices and (if you have time) let it dry
- Put the ice in the glass
- Fill 1/3 of the glass with Aperol and 1/3 of sparkling white wine
- Add a splash of seltzer and mix
- With two straws pierce a slice of orange (previously dried), insert it into the glass and place a scoop of sorbet on top.
