Creating amazing sgroppini is easy with our sorbets
Our sorbets are perfect for creating SGROPPINI while remaining even more digestive and using the well-known warming properties of alcohol!
INGREDIENTS
The sgroppino is a liquid, alcoholic sorbet made with fruit sorbet, prosecco and/or other alcoholic drinks
The most classic and overused are definitely:
- Lemon sorbet & sparkling white wine (prosecco, champagne or moscato)
- Green apple sorbet & vodka (better if hot, so it dilutes the sorbet even more)
To celebrate, toasting in company:
- Lemon sorbet & champagne
- Pink grapefruit sorbet & moscato
For fruit lovers, we suggest:
- Mandarin sorbet & mandarinetto
- Strawberry sorbet & port wine
- Wild berry sorbet & malvasia
- Peach sorbet & aleatico or dolcetto wine
- Strawberry grape sorbet & grappa
These are just some of the possible combinations, to which only your imagination can put a limit!
