Yogurt is the star of spring
INGREDIENTS
- Yogurt Gelato
- Lemon
- Sugar
- Strawberry/fresh fruit
- Honey
PREPARATION
Our high-quality yoghurt is rich in live milk enzymes which, as they pass through the intestine, promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
- Squeeze the lemon and dissolve the sugar in it to create the sauce for the strawberries in a large bowl
- Wash and dice the strawberries over the sauce and then stir well
- Place the strawberries in a “single-serving” bowl for one portion
- Serve two scoops of Yogurt Gelato over the strawberries
- If you want to slightly temper the Yogurth Gelato, microwave for 15/30 seconds
- Add a few spoonfuls of honey on top to make it even sweeter and more enjoyable.
A valid alternative can be the fresh fruit salad.
It is recommended to use an ice cream scooper.
