Yogurt

Yogurt is the star of spring

INGREDIENTS

  • Yogurt Gelato
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Strawberry/fresh fruit
  • Honey


PREPARATION

Our high-quality yoghurt is rich in live milk enzymes which, as they pass through the intestine, promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. 

  1. Squeeze the lemon and dissolve the sugar in it to create the sauce for the strawberries in a large bowl
  2. Wash and dice the strawberries over the sauce and then stir well
  3. Place the strawberries in a “single-serving” bowl for one portion
  4. Serve two scoops of Yogurt Gelato over the strawberries
  5. If you want to slightly temper the Yogurth Gelato, microwave for 15/30 seconds
  6. Add a few spoonfuls of honey on top to make it even sweeter and more enjoyable.

A valid alternative can be the fresh fruit salad. 

It is recommended to use an ice cream scooper.
