  • Dark Chocolate Gelato
  • Oil obtained from the simultaneous pressing of Olives & Mandarin

PREPARATION

  1. Portion out a scoop or two of Dark Chocolate Gelato
  2. Add a few drops of oil obtained from the simultaneous pressing of Olive & Mandarino
  3. If you want, mix them together, making it a soft mousse or a delicious thick milkshake
